1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. softened butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 c. plus 6 tbsp. flour (more or less)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheets. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Once mixed, add the last 3 ingredients in order. Mix until blended. Can be rolled out with a rolling pin, and cut with cookie cutters or dropped by spoonfuls and flatten. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
