BAKED CHEESY MACARONI | |
2 c. elbow macaroni 2 c. American cheese, grated 1 tsp. dry mustard dash of salt and pepper 1 1/4 c. scalded milk Cook macaroni in boiling water for 15 minutes; drain. In prepared baking dish layer 1/2 macaroni, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour hot milk around edge and cook uncovered 30 minutes at 350°F. Submitted by: Gerri Frazier |
