CHEESY CABBAGE CASSEROLE BAKE 
1 head cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (cream of celery works, too)
8 oz. Velveeta (1/4 block)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can French's fried onions

Boil the cabbage 25 minutes. While the cabbage is cooking, combine the next 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook until all the cheese is melted.

Drain the cabbage and toss with salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish and cover with cheese and soup sauce. Mix in half can of onions, stir, and top with remaining onions.

Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes and enjoy!
