SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 1 c. sour cream 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. lemon extract Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Grease 10 inch Bundt pan. Measure flour. Cream butter and slowly beat in sugar. Cream well. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, beating well. Stir in lemon extract. Pour in Bundt pan. Cook 1-1 1/2 hours. Cool and remove from pan. Frost with drizzle on frosting if you wish. It's great plain! |
