SALMON TARRAGON 
2 tbsp. Dijon
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. honey
Juice of lime
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. diced tarragon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 lbs. salmon fillets

Whisk together all ingredients. Marinate salmon about 1 hour, turning. Bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
