OVER STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 med. sized boneless pork chops
4 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
6 slices of bacon thin
1/4 c. cooking oil

Season chops to your liking. Mix eggs well in a medium size bowl. Put bread crumbs in another medium size bowl. Dip chops in egg and then bread crumbs, twice. Wrap one piece of bacon around each pork chop. Fry in pan, in cooking oil, on medium heat until done.
