PORK CHOPS (STUFFED) 
8 pork chops
1/2 lb. mild sausage
1 1/2 c. cooked crumbled cornbread
1 tbsp. chopped celery leaves
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cut pockets in pork chops. Mix remaining ingredients and stuff into pockets. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven, covered. Remove cover and brown. Serve with applesauce.
