EASY PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
Stuffing
6 to 8 pieces of bread, crumbled up
1 egg
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped fine
Season to taste

Mix stuffing in bowl. Brown pork chops in a frying pan 1 to 2 minutes each side on medium heat. Place browned pork chops in 9 x 5 inch baking pan. Put a scoop of stuffing on top of each pork chop. Mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over pork chops and stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 4 to 5 people.
