BEANS `N WIENERS WAIKIKI 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. (20 oz.) pineapple rings, drained, reserve liquid
1 pkg. wieners, cut into chunks 1" long
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 can (31 oz.) pork & beans

Cut pineapple into chunks, reserving 3 or 4 rings for garnish. Saute green peppers, onion, pineapple and wiener chunks in butter. Simmer 5 minutes; add pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, catsup and brown sugar; heat until bubbly. Pour pork & beans into baking dish; add pineapple mixture; stir gently to blend. Place half rings on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
