FRENCH PORK STUFFING | |
5 lb. ground pork Poultry seasoning Salt & pepper 1 onion, chopped Saltines, crushed (approx. 12) Brown pork and onions on low heat for 1-2 hours until completely done. Add poultry, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Add crushed saltines to hold pork together. Stuff turkey and cook. Do not stuff turkey until ready to cook. |
