PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 pork chops
3 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Roll pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and brown in skillet on both sides. Place in baking dish.

Lightly mix together bread crumbs, onions, butter, celery, water, poultry seasoning and salt. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend soup and the 1/3 cup of water. Pour over. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
