2 c. mashed sweet potato
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all of the above and pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover the top with the following:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/3 stick melted butter

Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
