6 med. sweet potatoes
2 sm. oranges
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
14 marshmallows

Grate rind of oranges, melt butter and mix thoroughly with potatoes, mashed. Combine other ingredients (except marshmallows) and beat thoroughly. Just before baking arrange sections of oranges and the marshmallows on top. Bake in casserole for 30 minutes.
