2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish 8 x 8 inch. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix all of above ingredients until crumbly. Place on top of casserole that has baked 20 minutes and return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6-8.
