COUNTRY - STYLE COLESLAW 
1 lg. cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seeds

Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and onions in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard, and celery seeds, stirring well; pour over cabbage mixture, and toss well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Yield: 12 servings.
