RIESKA 
3 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. barley flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients. Work in shortening. Stir in buttermilk until soft dough is formed. Divide dough in half. Pat on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
