EGGS & HASH BROWN BRUNCH 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. pork sausage
Eggs

Partly thaw package of hash brown potatoes. Brown sausage until fully cooked in frying pan. Drain most of the oil. Add hash browns and mix with sausage. Pat down and let brown on medium heat. Stir and pat down again to complete heating and browning. Make indentations for each egg used. Drop egg in each indent. Cover and reduce heat until eggs are done as desired. Season to taste. Serves 4.
