HASH BROWN EGG BROWN SCRAMBLE 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 box Betty Crocker dry hash browns with onions, can substitute frozen hash browns if desired
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 - 2 c. water

Fry bacon in skillet and remove. Leave grease and add dry hash browns and water. Cook, covered until hash browns are beginning to become golden. Turn hash browns. Add beaten mixture of eggs and milk. Add bacon. Cook until desired consistency.
