HASH BROWNS EGG BAKE 
24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns (partially frozen)
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cultured sour cream
Salt & pepper

Pour ingredients over the hash browns. Sprinkle with: 2 c. cut up ham 2 c. grated cheese

Bake for 45 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees. Use 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
