TURKEY & SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 qt. canned tomatoes, cut up
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chicken base
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chile powder
Dashes of Tabasco sauce
6 oz. bag of sm. shrimp
3-4 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. smoked turkey sausage, cut up

In 3 quart container, combine undrained tomatoes, onion, chicken base, water, paste, garlic, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, salt, chile powder, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Cook covered on high power for 10 minutes. Stir in sausage, cook 6-10 minutes more. Add shrimp and rice. Cook until shrimp just turns pink, stirring once. Let stand covered 5 minutes until tender. Serve in bowls. (Remove bay leaf.) Serves 4-6.

Add more water for desired consistency.
