SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
2 lbs. hot sausage
2 lbs. med. shrimp
3 med. to lg. onions
1 bell pepper
3 c. long grain rice
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Slice sausage and place in iron pot and cook until done. Remove sausage and cook chopped onions and bell pepper until tender. Add sausage and rice with 6 cups water. Add salt, pepper, and Kitchen Bouquet to taste. When water comes to boil, add shrimp and cook until water is absorbed by rice.
