TURKEY AND SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1/2 lb. smoked sausage (cut thin)
1 med. onion
1 lg. clove garlic
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
2 c. turkey broth or chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) sliced okra
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 lb. small shrimp, shelled
2 c. cooked turkey

In Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook sausage until browned pour off fat, add onion and garlic, saute 5 minutes. Stir in rice, broth, tomatoes, okra, herbs and sausage bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in shrimp and turkey. Cook 10 minutes more or until shrimp are pink and rice is tender. Serves 6.
