CURRIED STUFFED EGGS 
1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash white pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. French dressing
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or enough to moisten

Can use more French dressing and less mayonnaise.

Remove yolks from hard boiled eggs and place whites on platter. Combine yolks with other ingredients and stuff egg whites. Top each egg with a few capers and sprinkle with paprika or finely chopped parsley. Surround eggs with sprigs of parsley.
