CURRIED EGGS 
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. mild mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Hard boil eggs. Peel and slice in half. Scoop out yolks, place in mixing bowl with remaining ingredients. Blend together well. Spoon into egg white halves.
