CURRIED-STUFFED EGGS 
5 hard cooked eggs
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt

1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2. Remove yolks to a bowl and mash.

3. Combine yolks and next 5 ingredients.

Using pastry bag with star tip pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Chill. Makes 20.
