SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
4 lb. ground beef
4 eggs
1-1/2 small cans Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup honey
1 cup ketchup
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix ground meat, eggs and bread crumbs and shape into small balls. (Mixture will be firm.)

Bake at 425°F about 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil; add onions and garlic. Sauté. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed and cook about 20-30 minutes. Add meatballs to gravy and let stand several hours or overnight so that the gravy can be absorbed. Heat before serving. This will make about 300 meatballs.
