1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
8 slices bread
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Combine peanut butter and honey; mix well. Spread evenly on r slices of bread and top with remaining slices to make a sandwich. Combine eggs and milk in a shallow pan. Dip each sandwich, soak both sides. Fry in butter. This can be served with or without syrup.
