PBJ FRENCH TOAST 
12 slices of bread
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. jelly or jam
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Confectioners sugar

Spread slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly. Put slices together to form sandwiches. Set aside. Mix together eggs, milk and salt. Melt butter in large skillet. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, brown on both sides. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve. Yield: 6 servings.
