GRANDKID'S FAVORITE FRENCH TOAST 
12 slices white bread
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. jam
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Spread six slices bread with peanut butter and jam sandwiches; set aside.

Mix together eggs, milk and salt. Melt butter in a large skillet or on a griddle on medium high heat. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture; brown both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
