1 egg, beaten
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 slices bread
1 or 2 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Make sandwich with peanut butter and bread. Dip sandwich in egg mixture and brown on both sides in a skillet sprayed with Pam. Serve with warm syrup.
