BUFFALO POTATO WEDGES | |
1/3 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. cider or white vinegar 3 or 4 tsp. red pepper sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 4 unpeeled medium potatoes 1 c. Blue cheese dressing Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in shallow dish. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges. Pat dry with paper towel. Dip potato wedges into butter mixture. Reserve any remaining butter mixture. Cook in 350°F oven for 25 to 35 minutes, turning twice, brushing occasionally with butter mixture. Cook until tender. Serve with dressing. |
