POTATO WEDGES 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 stick butter
4 to 6 whole potatoes

Cut potatoes in 4 to 8 wedges - leave skins on potatoes. Melt 1/2 stick butter. Dip potato wedges in butter.

Combine Parmesan cheese, flour and seasoning salt in plastic bag. Drop potatoes into plastic bag. Shake well. Place potatoes in large baking pan.

Melt remaining butter. Pour over potato wedges. May sprinkle more seasoning salt, if desired. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes, turn and bake 20 more minutes or until done.
