HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 can (large) chocolate syrup
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture. Add chocolate syrup. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 small bag chocolate chips

Boil butter, sugar and milk for 2 minutes. (Time after boiling begins) Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat until icing begins to thicken. Spread icing on cake.

Note: This is a little too much if used only on top of cake.
