SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS 
12 oz. pkg. jumbo macaroni shells
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook shells until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Cook spinach as directed cool and add to cottage cheese, beaten egg, and Mozzarella cheese. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain and add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti sauce (about 2 tablespoon) to spinach mixture. Spoon into shells. Place in 9 x 13 dish. Spoon rest of spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
