MEAT AND SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS | |
1 box lg. shells 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. loose sweet Italian sausage 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 box chopped, cooked spinach, drained Spaghetti sauce Cook shells as desired. Saute ground beef and sausage in 2 tablespoons oil until brown. Mix thoroughly with eggs, cheese, bread crumbs and spinach; stuff shells. Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Arrange shells in single layer over sauce. Top with additional sauce; sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
