5 lb. sausage 10 green peppers 4 lg. onions 2 cans lg. montini tomatoes, peeled 2 cans lg. montini tomato sauce 1 can lg. montini tomato paste Cut sausage and peppers and onions into small chunks. Brown. Add garlic powder and oregano. Add salt and pepper, tomatoes, sauce and paste. Cook over low flame, 1 1/2 hours. |
