PEPPERS & SAUSAGES 
3 lb. green peppers
4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 lg. onions
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano

Cut sausage in bite size pieces. Put in baking pan, 9 x 12 x 2 inches. Bake 45 minutes. Drain off fat and cool.

Meanwhile, cut onions and peppers; fry slowly in oil. Add sauce and oregano; continue to cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Add cooked sausages; stir over low heat to blend and warm sausages. Serves 10 to 12 for buffet. Serves 6 for dinner.
