SAUSAGE & PEPPERS ITALIANO 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. water
2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" wide strips
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (11 oz.) can Campbells' zesty tomato soup/sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bag UNCLE BEN'S® Boil-in-Bag rice, family size

1. In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons water 5 minutes, uncover and cook until sausage is browned on all sides.

2. Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook until peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.

3. Stir in soup, 1 cup water and vinegar; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions. Serve sausage and peppers over hot cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
