LINGUINE WITH SAUSAGE AND
PEPPERS
 
1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lg. green pepper
1/2 lg. red pepper
1/2 lg. yellow pepper
16 oz. can sliced stewed tomatoes
16 oz. box linguine

Brown sausage in large skillet as you would ground beef. Drain. Add peppers which have been cut into bite size pieces. Add stewed tomatoes. Mix together, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook linguine according to package directions. Serve sausage mixture over hot linguine.
