SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. hot Italian sausages
1 lb. sweet Italian sausages
2 green peppers
1 red sweet pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 lg. Spanish onion
1 can beer
Garlic salt & pepper to taste

Cut and fry sausages into bite-size pieces. Brown over medium heat. Lower heat and add peppers that have been cut into large pieces. Then add onions (cut onions the same as the peppers). Keep stirring and after they are brown add beer and seasonings. Let cook over low heat about 30 minutes.
