SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
2 lbs. Italian sausage
2 lbs. green peppers
1/2 c. red wine

Put sausage in pan and cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut sausage into pieces and keep fluid. Put peppers, sausage and wine in sausage pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
