SAUSAGE & PEPPERS CASSEROLE 
6 frying peppers
2 tbsp. garlic
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 jar (32 oz.) Ragu sauce
3/4 pkg. rotelle, cooked & drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut peppers into thin strips. In a large skillet, saute peppers and garlic. Remove, set aside. Cut sausage in 1 inch slices and add to oil and brown thoroughly. Drain.

In a large bowl, combine sausage, peppers, sauce and rotelle. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
