SAUSAGES & PEPPERS 
2 lb. sausages
1 lb. peppers
2 tbsp. oil
1 jar Prego sauce
2 onions

Parcook sausages in boiling water. While they are boiling slice peppers and onions in bite-size pieces. Fry peppers, onions and sausages in oil until tender. Drain and slice sausages. Add peppers and onions; add to sauce and cook over low heat until sausages are done.
