SAUSAGE & PEPPERS ITALIANO 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. water
2 lg. green peppers, cut into wide strips
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (11 oz.) can Campbell's Zesty Tomato soup/sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bag UNCLE BEN'S® Boil in Bag Rice, family size

In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons water 5 minutes. Uncover; cook until sausage is browned.

Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook until peppers are tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup, 1 cup water and vinegar; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to package. Serve sausage and peppers over hot cooked rice. 4 servings.
