SAUSAGE & PEPPERS ITALIANO 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. water
2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" wide strips
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (11 oz.) Campbell's Zesty tomato soup/sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bag Uncle Bens boil in bag rice family size or converted rice of your choice

1. In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons water 5 minutes. Uncover; cook sausage until sausage is browned on all sides.

2. Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook until peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.

3. Stir in soup, 1 cup water and vinegar. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook rice - serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
