CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 c. spaghetti sauce
6 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
Oregano
5 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese

With a meat mallet, between plastic wrap, pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Sprinkle oregano lightly inside each breast. Roll each chicken breast around 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Put 1 cup spaghetti sauce into large casserole dish. Place chicken, seam side down, on sauce. Cover each breast with remaining sauce, 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
