CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 lb. boned chicken (no skin)
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs (Progresso)

Dip chicken in beaten eggs and then in Italian bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Place chicken in baking dish (large). Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then 1/2 of Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle the top with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
