3 c. cooked potatoes (warm), diced
1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 hard cooked egg
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onions, grated
3/4 c. celery, finely diced
1 tbsp. chow chow
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
