PINK BOWL POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes (boiled, then peeled while warm and sliced in lg. pieces)
1 bunch green onions or 1/2 c. red onion
2 stalks celery, cut in med. sized chunks
5 radishes, sliced
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced in quarters

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1/3 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and add to warm potato mixture. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
