HOT POTATO SALAD 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. beef broth
1/4 c. vinegar
4 potatoes, cooked and warm
4 oz. ham, cooked

Melt butter and cook onions in a medium skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add sugar, flour, salt and celery seed, stir until smooth. Add beef broth and vinegar, heat until bubbly. Slice warm potatoes and add to sauce along with ham. Heat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
